The link between physical examination information system and his system
由于醫(yī)院體檢信息是獨(dú)立的數(shù)據(jù)庫，同時(shí)根據(jù)醫(yī)院的要求以及數(shù)據(jù)管理上的一致性，體檢信息系統(tǒng)的信息必須要能在HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中體現(xiàn)出來。具體體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面：
As the medical examination information of the hospital is an independent database, and according to the requirements of the hospital and the consistency of data management, the information of the medical examination information system must be reflected in the HIS database. It is embodied in the following aspects:
1）病人的基本信息。病人來體檢中心登記，錄入病人的基本信息，這時(shí)體檢信息系統(tǒng)在保存數(shù)據(jù)的同時(shí)還要存取一份數(shù)據(jù)至HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中，這樣在醫(yī)院數(shù)據(jù)中病人主索引記錄也就存在了體檢信息中的數(shù)據(jù)，在日后進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，例如工作量統(tǒng)計(jì)中就能保持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。
1) Basic information of the patient. The patient registers in the physical examination center and enters the basic information of the patient. At this time, the physical examination information system also accesses a copy of the data to the HIS database while saving the data. In this way, the patient master index record in the hospital data also contains the data in the physical examination information, which can be kept accurate in future data statistics, such as workload statistics.
2）檢查與檢驗(yàn)申請信息。病人在體檢系統(tǒng)中登記了檢查與檢驗(yàn)的申請信息，在醫(yī)院中，進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)的科室是臨檢中心，進(jìn)行檢查的科室是放射科，檢驗(yàn)與檢查的申請信息必須存儲到LIS和PACS信息系統(tǒng)中。LIS和PACS從HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中相應(yīng)的表中去提取數(shù)據(jù)，然后得出的結(jié)果再回傳給HIS中相應(yīng)的結(jié)果表中。鑒于醫(yī)院的現(xiàn)有工作模式與數(shù)據(jù)流向以及數(shù)據(jù)庫間規(guī)范與一致的問題，體檢信息系統(tǒng)中登記了相應(yīng)的申請信息以后，同時(shí)將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送到HIS數(shù)據(jù)中，LIS與PACS再從HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中提取信息，得到的結(jié)果回傳給HIS以后，體檢信息系統(tǒng)再從HIS中去提取回傳的數(shù)據(jù)。
2) Inspection and inspection request information. The patient has registered the application information of examination and examination in the physical examination system. In the hospital, the department conducting the examination is the clinical examination center, and the department conducting the examination is the radiology department. The application information of examination and examination must be stored in LIS and PACS information systems. LIS and PACS extract data from the corresponding tables in the HIS database, and then the results are returned to the corresponding result tables in HIS. In view of the existing working mode and data flow of the hospital, as well as the standardization and consistency between databases, after registering the corresponding application information in the medical examination information system, the data will be sent to the HIS data at the same time. LIS and PACS will extract the information from the HIS database. After the results are returned to HIS, the medical examination information system will extract the returned data from HIS.
3）收費(fèi)信息。體檢信息系統(tǒng)中的收費(fèi)項(xiàng)目必須與HIS中價(jià)表的數(shù)據(jù)保持一致，一旦HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中價(jià)表信息發(fā)生變化，相應(yīng)的體檢信息系統(tǒng)中的價(jià)表信息也要隨之改變。在體檢信息系統(tǒng)中生成的收費(fèi)信息也必須回傳至HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中利于醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)部門統(tǒng)計(jì)。由于收費(fèi)信息涉及到結(jié)賬等信息，在HIS中與費(fèi)用相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)比較復(fù)雜，我院應(yīng)用HIS的收費(fèi)程序去進(jìn)行收費(fèi)。收費(fèi)完成后標(biāo)記一個(gè)收費(fèi)完成標(biāo)識，體檢信息系統(tǒng)獲得這個(gè)標(biāo)識后再進(jìn)行病人進(jìn)行體檢流程服務(wù)。
3) Charging information. The charging items in the medical examination information system must be consistent with the price list data in HIS. Once the price list information in HIS database changes, the price list information in the corresponding medical examination information system will also change. The charging information generated in the physical examination information system must also be returned to the HIS database for the hospital financial department to make statistics. As the charging information involves information such as settlement, and the data related to fees in HIS is relatively complex, our hospital applies HIS charging procedures to charge. After the charging is completed, a charging completion mark will be marked, and the physical examination information system will carry out the physical examination process service for patients after obtaining this mark.
4）病人就診記錄信息。病人在體檢中心的一次體檢記錄，對醫(yī)院而言，相當(dāng)于一次門診工作量，為了更好的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作量，做好統(tǒng)計(jì)決策工作，病人的每一次體檢記錄映射到HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中的一次就診信息。這樣也就保證了數(shù)據(jù)的一致性。
4) Patient visit record information. A physical examination record of a patient in the physical examination center is equivalent to an outpatient workload for the hospital. In order to better count the workload and make statistical decisions, each physical examination record of a patient is mapped to a visit information in the HIS database. This also ensures data consistency.
2.2體檢信息系統(tǒng)與LIS系統(tǒng)的鏈接
2.2 Link between physical examination information system and LIS system
醫(yī)院所有的信息都要存儲到HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中去，所以檢驗(yàn)申請信息要先傳送給HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫，LIS再從HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中提取走相關(guān)信息，待檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果出來后，回傳給HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫。體檢信息系統(tǒng)在這里建有一個(gè)LIS接口模塊，在后臺服務(wù)器上運(yùn)行去監(jiān)控回傳的數(shù)據(jù)，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)有體檢中心的結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)，及時(shí)提取保存，也實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)性。

2.3體檢信息系統(tǒng)與PACS系統(tǒng)的鏈接

HIS與PACS得鏈接基本類似，但是由于PACS存取的是大量的圖片信息，在保證數(shù)據(jù)流程不變的情況下，PACS的影象信息仍舊存在于原PACS數(shù)據(jù)庫中，只有檢查的文字結(jié)果信息回傳至體檢信息系統(tǒng)。在體檢報(bào)告中最后所附的影像圖片仍舊來源于PACS信息系統(tǒng)。
The links of HIS and PACS are basically similar. However, since PACS accesses a large amount of picture information, the image information of PACS still exists in the original PACS database under the condition that the data flow remains unchanged, and only the text result information of the check is returned to the medical examination information system. The images attached at the end of the physical examination report are still from the PACS information system.

該文對檢信息系統(tǒng)與我院HIS系統(tǒng)，LIS系統(tǒng)，PACS系統(tǒng)之間的數(shù)據(jù)融合，數(shù)據(jù)傳輸，業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行剖析，分析了系統(tǒng)之間的關(guān)系以及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。各個(gè)系統(tǒng)之間數(shù)據(jù)傳輸與交互的原則就是以醫(yī)院HIS系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)，以HIS系統(tǒng)為中間媒介，各個(gè)系統(tǒng)之間通過HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫來進(jìn)行交互，這樣既保證了數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性與一致性，也保證了信息傳輸?shù)目尚行裕瑫r(shí)將各個(gè)系統(tǒng)之間的信息交互的矛盾轉(zhuǎn)化到各系統(tǒng)與HIS之間的矛盾，簡化了矛盾，也實(shí)現(xiàn)了各系統(tǒng)之間的獨(dú)立性，減少了其互相依賴性，極大的利于后期的維護(hù)。
